Do you design exhibition stands or only build them?

Both. We can manufacture from a design you or your agency supplies, or design to your brief and then build it. Working both ways matters, because a stand that looks good in a render but cannot be transported or assembled in the time the venue allows is not a usable stand.

How far in advance should we book an exhibition stand?

As early as you have the stand size and the venue rules, because manufacturing, print and finishing all have to be sequenced before the build date. Can an exhibition stand be re-used at multiple events?

Yes — that is the point of a modular build. We design structures to be assembled and struck repeatedly, with graphics that can be swapped between campaigns. It costs more than a single-use build up front and is considerably cheaper across a season of events.

What is the difference between Brand Studio and Brand Workshop?

Brand Studio covers design, print media, digital and litho printing, banners and branding across print. Brand Workshop covers CNC carpentry, laser cutting, exhibition stands, packaging and specialised manufacturing. Most activation projects use both, which is why they sit inside one business — one brief, one point of contact.

Can you build branded furniture and podiums for an activation?

Yes. Podiums, counters, demo and sampling units, seating, tables and display units are standard Brand Workshop work. Because we also print and apply the graphics in-house, the furniture and the surrounding stand graphics come off the same colour reference.
