How quickly will you respond to my quote request?
Within 24 hours on business days. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. If your deadline is tighter than that, call or WhatsApp 065 529 8846 rather than emailing — you will get an immediate answer on whether the date is achievable.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
The product, the quantity, the finished size, your deadline and any brand colour requirements. Those five things let us quote accurately first time instead of going back and forth. If you are unsure of the specification, describe the outcome and we will suggest options.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Quoting is free and there is no obligation. We will also tell you if a cheaper production method would achieve the same result — that honesty is why clients come back.
Can I visit your premises?
Yes, by arrangement. Call ahead on 065 529 8846 so the right person from the relevant division is available. Seeing samples in person is genuinely useful for finishing decisions like foiling, velvet-touch lamination and engraving.
Do you work with marketing agencies on behalf of their clients?
Regularly. We are comfortable working white-label behind an agency, quoting to agency margins and delivering directly to the end client or to the agency. Tell us how you want it handled when you brief us.
What areas do you deliver to?
We are based in Johannesburg and courier nationwide, including Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein and Port Elizabeth. Delivery is costed into your quote rather than added afterwards, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay.
